Stellar sigma is exceptionally well positioned, because all other projects around it have been completed.There are no more low density, low rise buildings, or projects which are to come up anywhere near this area. A 130 meter wide road links the north and south zones of Greater Noida and passes through the Zeta, Pi, Rio and Sigma sectors, improving their connectivity with all the locations within Greater Noida and thereby making them more attractive for residential development.
